Mouth Watering Buffalo Wings
There are few other iconic staples which can hold a candle to buffalo wings at any get-together, whether it's for the big game or just a casual hangout with friends. It's no surprise they hold a special place in peoples party hearts. They're crispy, juicy, and oh-so-tasty! (Especially when made with our pasture raised chicken wings) And we have a wonderful recipe for you below.

Ingredients

  • (12) Chicken Wings
  • (1 Tablespoon) Baking Powder
  • (1 Teaspoon) Salt
  • (2 Teaspoons) Garlic Powder
  • (1/4 Cup) Hot Sauce
  • (1/4 Cup) Butter, unsalted and melted
  • (1 Tablespoon) Brown Sugar

Directions

  1. Thoroughly pad dry the chicken. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack over the pan. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Throw in the wings and toss to coat the wings. Arrange wings on the wire rack.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for another 25 minutes or until crispy.
  4. While the wings are cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add your favorite hot sauce (most commonly used is Frank’s Hot Sauce). Stir until well combined.
  5. Once the wings are done cooking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
  6. Serve the wings hot, with celery and blue cheese dressing on the side if desired. Enjoy!
