Our Policy at a Glance

No returns or exchanges. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. All sales are final.


If there’s an issue with your order (damaged, spoiled on arrival, wrong item, or missing items), we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement at our discretion after we review your claim (see “Report an Issue” below).


This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.


Google requires that stores have a clear, easy-to-find return/refund policy—even if you don’t accept returns—so we’ve summarized everything here.

What’s Not Returnable

All perishable food products (e.g., fresh, frozen, or chilled poultry and related items)


Gift cards and promotional items


Any product explicitly marked “final sale” at checkout


Report an Issue (Damaged/Incorrect/Quality Concerns)

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can help promptly.

When you reach out, include:

Order number and full name


Photos showing the issue (product, packaging, and label if applicable)


A brief description of what happened (e.g., arrived thawed, missing item, wrong item)

After review, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (original payment method). Refund processing typically appears in 3–5 business days depending on your bank/issuer.

Delivery & Pickup Notes

Home Delivery: Please bring perishables indoors and refrigerate/freeze immediately upon delivery. We can’t replace items that were left out after a successful delivery.


Pickup Orders: Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window. No-shows may forfeit the order with no refund (we can’t resell temperature-sensitive goods safely).


Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify an order before it’s packed for delivery/pickup.


Once an order is packed or dispatched, it is final (no cancellation, no return).


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

If an order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or missed delivery/pickup, we’ll try to help, but refunds aren’t guaranteed for perishables once they leave our facility.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
