Spiced Roasted Wings or Drumbsticks

A quick, reliable recipe we make for any party or get-together to cover the munches. This recipe covers roasting in the over, but you can also grill or pan fried the cuts with great success. You can swap between 12 wings or 12 drumsticks for this recipe one for one.

Ingredients
- (2 Tbs) Onion Powder
- (1 Tbs) Salt
- (1 Tbs) Garlic Powder
- (1 tsp) Thyme
- (1 tsp) Ground Sage
- (1 tsp) Paprika
- (1/4 tsp) Cayenne (Kid friendly amount, add more to taste if desired)
- (4 tsp) Brown Sugar (optional)
- (2 packs (12 wings)) Chicken Wings
- (3/4 Cup (use 1 cup if using almond flour)) Flour
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Take chicken wings or drumsticks and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat
- Coat one wing at a time chicken in seasoning mixture and place on oven tray. A metal rack placed inside the tray will help the wings crisp better.
- Convention bake chicken at 395F for 35-40 minuets or until meat reaches 165F.
